This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N4523A22Q1334 is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 dated 26 May 2022, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 28 April 2022. The acquisition is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only those small business concerns that meet the NAICS code size standard will be considered for award. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 621511, Medical Laboratories with a Business Size Standard of $36.0 million.
