The Northwest Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (NWRMC/PSNS & IMF) Everett, Washington intends to award a firm-fixed price modification to accomplish an additional 14 Out of Scope Work Specifications to be added to VIGOR contract N4523A22C0552 awarded on 26 September 2022 to Vigor Marine LLC (Vigor Marine), 1801 16th Ave SW, Seattle WA 98134, for the FY22 Dry-Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) of the USS JOHN PAUL JONES (DDG 53). The 14 Out of Scope Work Specifications to be added to the contract are outlined in Table 1 below. The expected period of performance is 31 October 2022 – 05 April 2024. The Government does not intend to solicit for offers from prospective contractors as this is a sole source acquisition (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)).
