This Sources Sought (SS) Notice is in support of market research being conducted by Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance and Facility (PSNS&IMF) in Bremerton, Washington for a requirement for Ram Assembly. The resulting information from this SS will be used to assist the Government in determining whether this project will be a full and open competition or a small business set aside acquisition. This SS does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It should not be construed as a commitment by PSNS&IMF for any purpose other than to gain the information requested. This SS is not a Request for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). Information provided in response to this announcement will not be considered an offer by the responding contractor and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
