The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective 11 Aug 2021. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332919 and the business size standard is 750. This NAICS is for Industrial Valve Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, stand-alone contract to the contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR (15.101-2).
