The purpose of this task is to provide Design Project Office Administrative Clerk services for Planning Yard Ships and Vessels. This contract requires expertise with the following software products: Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Project, and Adobe Pro in support of Project Management assistance. This contract shall require at a minimum two (2) full time contractor employees to provide 120 days (each) of services from start date of (Award Date) 2021 through the Required Completion Date March 25, 2022, as well as a supervisor for the employee’s. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Project Office Administrative Clerk duties as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This contract shall require the Contractor personnel to process, compile, update, verify, and provide various drawing, documents, and reports, per the PWS. When on site the contractor shall meet the special requirements per the PWS, in designating they are contracted personnel and their company identification. They shall have the proper credentials and be able to maintain a confidential security clearance and meet the educational requirements. The work will be performed with in the controlled industrial area at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
