The outer surfaces of the AN/BPS-15 Radar Mast, Item 3 of Reference 2.5, requires surface finish restoration using NAVSEA certified thermal spray deposition processes to meet specifications. Reference 2.1, Enclosure (2), paragraph 1 specifies refurbishment of the outer surfaces of the AN/BPS-15 Radar Mast using thermal spray processes identified in Reference 2.2.
