This is a non-personal services contract to provide a zoom boom and aerial work platforms (AWP). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform use of zoom boom and aerial work platforms as defined in the attached PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished items and support, if any. The vendor shall provide rental services for the following equipment listed below: (1 EACH) – 55' TELESCOPIC FORKLIFT (HIGH REACH) OR EQUIVELENT (i.e. ZOOM BOOM, FORK LIFT REACH, TELESCOPIC HANDLER, FORKLIFT SHOOTING BOOM, ETC.), DEISEL, AND SEATBELTS AND 6 FOOT LIFTING ATTACHMENTS (FORKS), RUNNING LIGHTS, SEATBELTS, BACKUP ALARM, AND PNEUMATIC TIRES. (1 EACH) – 60' AWP/JLG W/FOAM FILLED TIRES, WITH (4) LIFTING PADS OR (2) LIFTING PADS AND LUGS (INCLUDING THE LUGS, 2 ea), DIESEL, RUNNING LIGHTS, FOAM FILLED TIRES, TILT SENSOR DISABLED (TO BE ABLE TO PUT ON A BARGE). (1 EACH) – 80' AWP/JLG W/FOAM FILLED TIRES, WITH (4) LIFTING PADS OR (2) LIFTING PADS AND LUGS (INCLUDING THE LUGS, 2 ea), DIESEL, RUNNING LIGHTS, FOAM FILLED TIRES, TILT SENSOR DISABLED (TO BE ABLE TO PUT ON A BARGE). (1 EACH) – 120' AWP/JLG W/FOAM FILLED TIRES, WITH (4) LIFTING PADS OR (2) LIFTING PADS AND LUGS (INCLUDING THE LUGS, 2 ea), DIESEL, RUNNING LIGHTS, FOAM FILLED TIRES, TILT SENSOR DISABLED (TO BE ABLE TO PUT ON A BARGE).
