Amendment 2 added on 8 May 2020 is to extend solicitation closing date to Tuesday 12 May 2020 at 12:00PM, and to answer bidder question. -------------------------------- Amendment 1 added on 7 May 2020 to answer questions 1 through 2, and update Statement of Work numbering. ____________________ Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS &IMF) solicits an urgent firm fixed price contract for liquid nitrogen. A Statement of Work is included in this solicitation. The proposed contract action is full and open. The requirement is solicited using commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The required delivery date is 1 June 2020. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for following instructions to Offerors as outlined in the solicitation. The Government is not responsible for inability of the Offerors to access solicitation documents posted. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hardcopy solicitation amendment will be mailed or faxed. By submitting a quote, the Offerors will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. All Request for Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation, dates and procedures.
