Requirement 1: Zoom boom and manlifts are required to support the movement of various equipment on the pier as well as personnel on the pier and hangar bay in order to reach various heights. This heavy equipment is not readily available from Naval Facilities in San Diego from July 20, 2020 tp March 31, 2021. The vendor shall provide rental services for the following equipment listed below: (1 EACH) – 55' telescopic forklift (high reach) or equivelent (i.e. zoom boom, fork lift reach, telescopic handler, forklift shooting boom, etc.), deisel, and seatbelts and 6 foot lifting attachments (forks), running lights, seatbelts, backup alarm, and pneumatic tires. (1 EACH) – 60' AWP/JLG w/foam filled tires, with (4) lifting pads or (2) lifting pads and lugs (including the lugs, 2 ea), diesel, running lights, foam filled tires, tilt sensor disabled (to be able to put on a barge). (1 EACH) – 80' AWP/JLG w/foam filled tires, with (4) lifting pads or (2) lifting pads and lugs (including the lugs, 2 ea), diesel, running lights, foam filled tires, tilt sensor disabled (to be able to put on a barge). (1 EACH) – 120' AWP/JLG w/foam filled tires, with (4) lifting pads or (2) lifting pads and lugs (including the lugs, 2 ea), diesel, running lights, foam filled tires, tilt sensor disabled (to be able to put on a barge). In addition to leasing the needed equipment, the vendor will be responsible for providing scheduled maintenance and any repairs needed to ensure continuity of the equipment throughout the POP.
