Solicitation # N4523A20R1305 is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) single award commercial contract with two option periods as a request for quote (RFQ), for Government Plant Clearance Officer Disposition Support. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, dated 31 August 2020. This will be competed as a full and open acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 561990 (All Other Support Services), with a Business Size Standard of $12 million. The Product Service Code Class is J100 (Preparation And Disposal Of Excess And Surplus Property). The line item numbers consist of: CLIN 0001; Disposition Support. FFP. The contractor shall provide disposition support in accordance with the PWS and resulting task orders. Pricing is IAW Exhibit A. Total price of the order issued will decrease the quantity ordered. Maximum cost for the total contract is $475,000.00 Unit of Measure: Each CLIN 1001; Option Disposition Support. FFP. The contractor shall provide disposition support in accordance with the PWS and resulting task orders. Pricing is IAW Exhibit B. Total price of the order issued will decrease the quantity ordered. Option periods maximum quantities will be adjusted to decrease quantities on prior CLINs. Unit of Measure: Each CLIN 2001; Option Disposition Support. FFP. The contractor shall provide disposition support in accordance with the PWS and resulting task orders. Pricing is IAW Exhibit C. Total price of the order issued will decrease the quantity ordered. Option periods maximum quantities will be adjusted to decrease quantities on prior CLINs. Unit of Measure: Each The resulting contract will be a three-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity single award contract. The contract Minimum Guarantee is $1,000.00.
