Solicitation Amendment 0002 is to answer bidder's questions on 22 June 2020. ----- Solicitation Amendment 0001 is to answer bidder's questions on 18 June 2020. ----- Note block 6 solicitation issue date should read 9 Jun 2020. ----- Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS &IMF) solicits a firm fixed price contract for Fiber Optic Blowing Machine Rental. A Statement of Work is included in this solicitation. The proposed contract action is full and open. The requirement is solicited using commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. The period of performance is 22 July 2020 to 31 March 2021. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for following instructions to Offerors as outlined in the solicitation. The Government is not responsible for inability of the Offerors to access solicitation documents posted. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hardcopy solicitation amendment will be mailed or faxed. By submitting a quote, the Offerors will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. All Request for Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation, dates and procedures.
