Update Performance Work Statement Update Instructions to Offerors Update 52.212-2 Evaluation Extended offeror due date to 07 Aug 2020. ----- Amendment 0002 is to provide directions attachment, Cylinder size attachment, and answer questions. ------ Amendment 0001 is to provide cylinder primary and secondary drawing attachments on 14 July 2020. ------ Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS &IMF) solicits a firm fixed price contract for Open & Inspect and repair for one High Lifting Platform equipment (El-Par R666) including two primary and two secondary cylinders. A Performance Work Statement is included in this solicitation. The proposed contract action is 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is solicited using commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. Offerors shall submit quote in accordance with 52.212-1 addendum. The required delivery date is to 16 October 2020. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for following instructions to Offerors as outlined in the solicitation. The Government is not responsible for inability of the Offerors to access solicitation documents posted. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hardcopy solicitation amendment will be mailed or faxed. By submitting a quote, the Offerors will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. All Request for Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation, dates and procedures.
