The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 440) intends to issue a firm fixed price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source. An award will be made on or about 20 July 2020 to Fluke Electronics, 6920 Seaway Blvd. M/S, 176, Everett, WA 98203. The period of performance will be from 20 July 2020 through 20 Oct 2020. This is a non-personnel services contract. It is to provide repair and calibration for Ruskas Digital Pressure Controllers. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide repair and calibration for 5 Ruskas systems. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to repair and calibration for Ruskas systems as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract OEM manufacturer. The warranty for the equipment is only honored if the OEM manufacturer provides calibration and repair. Use of any other calibration vendor VOIDS the warranty. The work shall be performed under this contract at the contractor’s place of business. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor’s capabilities and experience that demonstrates the ability to support the requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
