The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a stand-alone Firm-Fixed-Price contract to accomplish maintenance and fabrication work in support of (1) YRBM 31 berthing barge. Work will be accomplished at the Contractor's facility. YRBM 31 Characteristics Built by: Marinette Marine Corp Length: 146 FT Draft: 4 FT - 0 IN Width: 46 FT - 0 IN Full Displacement: 688 L Tons Age: 38 YRS Light Load: 603 L Tons Hull Type: Steel Coordinate with the Contracting Officer, via the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to deliver the vessel to the Contractor's facility. Blast and preserve inside of CHT tank. Remove existing air conditioning system and replace with new air conditioning system. Work can be accomplished pierside. Arrange and coordinate the delivery of the vessel back to the Government with the Contracting Officer via the COR. This contract includes Long Lead Time Material (LLTM) and Government Furnished Material (GFM). See Attachment J-1_Statement of Work (SOW) DRAFT paragraphs 3.2 and 4.1. The expected Period of Performance (POP) is 18 June - 5 September 2019. The Government is contemplating a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 336611, size 1,250 employees. The Government anticipates award of the Firm-Fixed-Price, stand-alone contract in February 2019 to the responsible contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis, in accordance with but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.
