The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office (Code 440), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, to Bermingham Controls, Inc. The contract is expected to be awarded under 41 U.S.C 1901. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The period of performance is estimated to be beginning 01/18/2019 through 04/01/2019. Bermingham Controls, Inc. is the only authorized vendor to perform overhauls and maintenance on Leslie Brand Valves.
