The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 440) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action. For additional information regarding the technical specifications please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) field testing services as described in the PWS. The actual volume will be dependent upon need. The maximum ordering capacity of the BPA shall be a total of $249,000 with a period of performance of five years running from 2019-2024. PSNS & IMF requires the field testing and NRTL certification of various items throughout Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bangor Trident Facility, and Everett Intermediate Maintenance Facility. It is anticipated that a Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or around 25 MAR 2019. It is anticipated that an award will be issued prior to May 2019.
