The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office (Code 440) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice. PSNS has a requirement for a indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) 5 year contract for Portable 60-Ton & 90-Ton Water Chillers Preventive Maintenance Service and repair. The contractor will provide annual maintenance per the manufacturers recommendation on each Government owned chiller and conduct on-demand inspections. Services include all recommended annual maintenance, on-site diagnostics and repair services for Chiller failures, such as (but not limited to) failure to start/run or failure to chill water, and to identify defective parts that require replacement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310.
