JUSTIFICATION FOR EXCEPTION TO FAIR OPPORUNITY Above the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) The proposed modification is to increase the number of phone lines Verizon Wireless is providing PSNS & IMF cunently under task order N4523A18F1093. It is intended to acquire the additional wireless phone lines required to support PSNS & IMF's mission. A task order modification is being requested to add 2000 additional iPhone lines and 600 additional basic phone lines to support the increased wireless communication needs at PSNS & IMF.
