Quotes must include product part number, unit cost inclusive of all shipping/freight (FOB Origin quotes are unresponsive), and a delivery schedule of 10 weeks from date of award receipt. Submission requires signing Block 30 on the attached solicitation and providing a formal quote on company letterhead with specifications, which will be evaluated by Naval Engineers for technical acceptability. Company Cage Code and invoicing per clause 252.232-7006 (payment only after proof of delivery) are also required. Evaluation factors are detailed in clause 52.212-2.
