The proposed requirement, the rental of Cask and Transportation services and associated support equipment for transportation of cask requires: • Vendor shall perform a thorough review of the structural, mechanical, and electrical components of the Tractor and Trailer prior to leaving the vendor site. • Vendor shall provide documentation and photographs to PSNS & IMF in accordance with section 5.5 of Statement of Work (SOW). • Vendor shall transport Shipping Cask and corresponding trailer to PSNS & IMF for loading. • Vendor shall transport the loaded cask to (Hanford, Washington) for disposal of the ________ HIC. • After unloading the HIC, the vendor shall transport the cask from the disposal site back to the vendor’s facility.
