Preventive and corrective maintenance service to two UPS located at NAMRU6 Facilities Lima, PERU - N44852_FAC191193_SSI Description(s): The Naval Medical Research Unit No. 6 is looking for a Contract to perform preventive and corrective maintenance service to two UPS, one of 160kVA w/ 3 phases, Chloride brand and another of 20kVA w/ 3 phases, 9355 Eaton brand, located at NAMRU Facilities Lima - PERU. The period of performance is from September 30, 2019 to September 29, 2020. - One preventive maintenance service every 4 months to two UPS. - Labor hand of the corrective maintenance. - Unlimited emergency call attention. - 01 Backup UPS, in case of emergency for each UPS. - Trained Personnel. - Telephone and technical support 7x24x365 during the contract period. - On-site service within the 4 hours of the reported incident. - If case of need an UPS of backup will be provided capable to back up the electrical load in a time no longer than 48 hours. - SCTR (work insurance) updated. Do not include: - Spare parts, electronic cards, components, etc. - Batteries. If necessary, they will be quoted in an independent proposal for approval. If capable sources are not identified through this notice, then NAMRU 6 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (i) to the "OLC INGENIEROS", for the requirements of NAMRU6. This pre-solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to supply the required goods or perform the required work. Capability statements shall not exceed 5 (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source contract. Capability statements are due by 12:00 pm Local Eastern Time on September 27, 2019.
