This is a pre-synopsis posting for upcoming request for SF330s regarding Architect-Engineer (A-E), Multi-Discipline, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest plans to procure services in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IDIQ contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods (if exercised). The total value for the contract term shall not exceed $100,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term (including option years) is $1,000. Firm-fixed price task orders will be negotiated for this contract. The value of individual task orders executed under this contract will range from $500,000 to $10,000,000; Task orders may be awarded above this range on a limited basis. Multiple task orders may be awarded with similar completion schedules and overlapping delivery dates. Estimated posting date for request for SF330s is approximately mid-April 2019. This regional firm fixed-price (FFP) IDIQ contract is for Multi-Discipline Architect-Engineer services; primarily for mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil and structural design engineering services, and environmental services at various locations under the NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility (AOR): Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota and in other areas of the United States, or worldwide.
