The Navy is seeking contractors for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to support the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program, primarily focused on constructing a new Multi-Mission Dry Dock at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, with potential work at Pearl Harbor and other NAVFAC areas.
