This is a project to replace a fire alarm control panel (FACP) and its associated devices within a building. The required work includes repairing interior partitions and finishes, providing necessary firestopping, and completing associated electrical and mechanical installations. The contractor must also provide the design and testing for fire protection systems in accordance with specific D40 requirements. Finally, electronic Operation and Maintenance Support Information (eOMSI) must be delivered for the project.
