This is an IDIQ, FFP, MACC contract for design/build and design/bid/build construction, renovation, and repair work. The work will be performed across the NAVFAC Northwest AOR, including states like Washington, Oregon, and Alaska, with most work anticipated in Washington State. The total estimated capacity is $9,000,000,000 over a maximum period of 96 months, including a base period and option periods. Individual task orders are expected to start at approximately $50,000,000 with no maximum value per order.
