A: The hazardous material will be lead storage Lead will either be encased in hurculite or stored in wood crates. No high pile storage will be required. Q: For Requirement B, the room schedule notes the requirement for a ground level loading dock. A loading dock describes a depressed area at the exterior of a building for loading. Please confirm if the loading bay of Requirement B is to be flush with the interior of the building (loading bay) or depressed (loading dock) A: Please provide loading bay. The room schedule further notes that the warehouse area is to provide for a minimum 17 occupants when sizing the restroom. Should the break room also be sized appropriately (more than 200sf) to accommodate the minimum 17 occupants simultaneously? A: 200 SF will be sufficient for the government’s purposes.
