This is a limited-source opportunity for current utility service providers already under agreement with NAVFACSYSCOM NW to perform services primarily in Washington State. The Master Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) has a total capacity not to exceed $99,000,000 and a five-year period of performance. Services under subsequent BOAs will focus on energy and water efficiency improvements, demand reduction, emergency utility work, and utility construction. Individual task orders will require the provider to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment. No funding is obligated under the Master BOA itself.
