Description of Services: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide gull abatement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Falcon Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Performance Objectives: Reduce gull population by 90 percent each day while onsite (on average), reducing the hazard to personnel and facilities. Comply with all safety and security requirements of the WRA. Communicate effectively with Navy personnel throughout the course of the contract. Scope: The Contractor will patrol the facility with free flying predator birds that will chase the problem birds (primarily Glaucous-winged Gulls) offsite. The actual hours of operation will be determined based on time of day and time of year when the bird pressure is highest at the site. See attachments for futher information.
