Construction projects to be performed under this MACC will primarily consist of general building projects and may be either design-bid-build (DBB) or design-build (DB). General construction of DB and DBB projects include, but are not limited to, new construction, demolition, repair, alteration, and renovation of buildings, systems, utilities and infrastructure, and may include architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, roofing and/or communication systems. Types of facilities may include administrative, child care centers, communications, personnel support, recreation/fitness centers, lodging, dormitory, medical, training, hangars, airfield and airfield support facilities, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, piers, docks, roads, utilities, etc., in support of Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northwest for Naval Air Station Whidbey Island and PSNS Naval Station Everett, Jim Creek and Smokey Point. Note: The applicable NAICs is 236220, and the small business size standard is $45.0 million.
