If you are a qualified HUBZone under this NAICS with sufficient resources to provide these services, please respond to the sources sought in order to preclude the Government from having to sole source to a single HUBZone if only one can be identified or prevent expanding the set aside to include other types of small business as NAVFAC NW desires to make this business opportunity available only to the HUBZone community.
