Task orders are estimated at $500,000 to $15,000,000 and will require managing multiple concurrent orders across the NAVFAC NW area of responsibility, covering various commercial, institutional, administrative, housing, dining, parking, environmental, childcare, fitness, retail, training, warehouse, office, medical, airfield, hangar, armory, fire station, auditorium, and manufacturing facilities, plus specialty trades and hazardous-material removal.
