NAVFAC Northwest is conducting a Sources Sought market survey to identify qualified SBA-certified 8(a) small businesses capable of a job order contract for minor construction, facility repairs, renovation, rehabilitation, demolition, alteration, and maintenance work that does not require certified design. Work will support various government facilities within the NAVFAC NW area of responsibility, including Naval Base Kitsap Bangor and Bremerton, Manchester Fuel Depot, Naval Magazine Indian Island, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Station Everett, all in Washington. The contract is planned for one base year plus four one-year option periods, for a maximum five-year performance period. The estimated total contract price is $249,000,000, with individual task orders ranging from $2,000 to $2,500,000. Interested firms are asked to provide capability information, bonding capacity, CMMC certification status, location willingness, and recent relevant project experience using the specified information form.
