NOTE: This sources sought announcement is to locate interested general construction contractors as the resultant contract will be a construction contract. The Government is looking for interested general construction contractors who can perform the work. This contract will require the ability to construct an addition to Building 1 at Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) Portland, Oregon. The estimated cost of construction is between $5M and $10M. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 million. Upon completion of the construction, the constructed addition to Building 1 at NOSC, Portland, Oregon, will be used to provide space for training, administration, and support functions including restrooms/locker rooms, storage, and an auditorium for the Navy Reserve Units assigned to the NOSC Portland, Oregon. However, the resultant contract will not be a supply or material contract.
