The Department of the Navy’s Directorate for Administration, Logistics and Operations (DALO), requires support services for the Department of the Navy’s (DON) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Monitoring and Intrusion Detection System (IDS), located in Bethesda, MD. The installation of the IDS is completed and now requires 24/7 monitoring and maintenance services (both, preventive and repair). The size of the SCIF is approximately 300 square feet and has one (1) entrance/exit door with one (1) each strike and electronic locking releases. There are four (4) outgoing signals (IDS, PCU, Access Control Unit, Sensors) and one (1) motion detector. The objective of this requirement is to maintain an accredited SCIF compliant with UL 2050 and ICD 705. The Period of Performance (PoP) for this requirement is a base period of 12 months, with an anticipated start TBD at time of award, and four (4) one-year option periods, to be exercised at the government’s discretion.
