The Department of the Navy (DON) Assistant for Administration (AA) is seeking sources for support services for the SECNAV and CNO Records Program, the SECNAV Directives, Information Collections, Forms Programs, and the DON Enterprise Records Management Solution (ERMS) Records Management Program. These services include the assessment, compliance, communication and implementation of the government's Records Management (RM) standards for the SECNAV and CNO. The Contractor shall support the drafting and implementation of policies and solutions that manage records from creation to destruction, support the sustainment and training for the ERMS solution, which are also a large part of the RM program, support the validation, distribution, and verification of instructions in accordance with DON directives standards and formatting guidelines, as well as provide support for Forms & Information Collection Management Programs and NGEN Enterprise Records Management Solution Program and its replacement. It is the DON/AA's intent to solicit as a 100% small business set-aside, should two or more small business sources be identified. However, large businesses are also welcome to respond. Interested sources are requested to provide the following information, via email, to mimi.robinson1@navy.mil. Please include "DRMD Sources Sought" in the subject box, to facilitate identification of responses to this announcement. DON/AA will not issue an award, based on responses received. Responses must be received no later than Monday, 5 August 2019, at 10:00AM EST. Sources are requested to include the following information in their response: 1. Company Name, address and Cage Code 2. Company Size and NAICS 3. A short capability statement, addressing how the source has the ability to support this requirement, to include how the contractor can meet, or exceed the contractor employee qualifications detailed in the attached draft PWS. 4. Any other pertinent information the submitter wants to provide, limited to one (1) page.
