Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award and remain registered through final payment, and quotes must remain valid for 30 days. Required submissions include a completed solicitation form, capability statement, continuation sheet, and an all-inclusive vendor quote identifying manufacturer, part number, unit and extended prices, delivery terms, and compliance information.
