The Navy is conducting market research/RFI for rental, delivery, maintenance, servicing, and removal of temporary commercial restroom trailers and standalone ADA portable toilets at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. The requirement includes three non-ADA restroom trailers, two ADA-compliant portable toilets, two dual-basin handwashing stations, and secondary spill containment systems. Vendors must provide 7-day-a-week daily pumping, cleaning, restocking, certified off-yard waste disposal, towing/placement, weather-proof power cabling with NEMA L5-30 adapters, and personnel eligible for DBIDS unescorted Controlled Industrial Area access. The target delivery, setup, and service start date is December 1, 2026, assuming contract award by November 25, 2026.
