This is a SOLICITATION for the rental of a complete chill water system consisting of (2) two 30-ton Chillers and (1) one 60-ton Chiller in support of a VIRGINIA class submarine. The services will be for a base period of twelve (12) months with one (1) 12-month option year and one (1) 6-month option year. The clause at FAR 52.217-9 “Option to Extend the Term of the Contract” will also be included in the contract. The RFQ number is N4215826R0001. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 Effective August 27, 2025 and the DFARS Change notice 20251001. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS CODE is 532490 and the small business standard is $35M. This is a competitive, Full and Open Competition procurement action. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF with the signed solicitation (N4215826R0001) in its entirety. Quote must include Monthly, Weekly, and Daily pricing break down (Explained in Attached FAR 52.212-1 Addendum), FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, and business size. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements in the SOW. An award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
