The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for continual maintenance of machine coolant for industrial plant equipment at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. The contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable quote with the lowest aggregate price, and submitted quotes must be valid for at least 60 days. Questions from offerors must be submitted by 9 AM EST on a specified date in March 2026. Offers must be submitted via email by 8 AM EDT on a later date in March 2026.
