The Norfolk Naval Shipyard plans to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Zetec Inc. for the procurement of Zetec RevospECT Titanium Configuration. The anticipated solicitation release is on or about June 9, 2026, with a closing date around June 16, 2026. Performance of services will be at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. No budget amount is specified in this notification. This is a pre-solicitation notice; no quotes are being accepted at this time.
