Norfolk Naval Shipyard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for advertising a job fair, set aside entirely for small businesses. Questions from offerors must be submitted by 10 AM EST on 18 December 2025. Offers must be submitted via email as a single PDF file by 10 AM EST on 22 December 2025. The award will be made to the responsible offeror with acceptable technical and past performance ratings and the lowest evaluated price. Submitted quotes must remain valid for at least 60 days.
