8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia, seeks to purchase 300 adapters as a firm fixed price, sole-sourced requirement. The quoted price must be all-inclusive, covering shipping, test reports, a Certificate of Compliance, and any other costs. Offerors must carefully review the attachments on SAM.gov for descriptions and specifications. A specific attachment must be filled out with YES or NO boxes checked, then initialed, dated, and returned with the completed RFQ.
