The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 611430. The Product Service Code is U099. The anticipated date of service for this 5?day training requirement is January 12th, 2026 to January 16th, 2026. The one?year PoP allows flexibility and administrative closeout. 52.212-1 Addendum - Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services: To be considered for this contract opportunity, the offeror must provide the required documents outlined in attached 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS. Failure to provide all required documents by the closing date and time SHALL preclude a quote from award consideration. Quote shall consist of: a. A completed and signed standard form SF1449 with unit prices for each line item; b. Technical Capability information (proposal, a completed and signed Technical Capability Certification, and Training Outline); c. Past performance information; d. Price; e. Executed copies of any amendments (if applicable) 52.212-2 Addendum – Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror who receives an acceptable rating in technical and past performance, and provides the lowest evaluated price, representing the best value to the Government.
