Norfolk Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for the repair and maintenance of two Ship Service Turbine Generators (SSTGs) on a sole-source basis, as only the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, possesses the proprietary data and processes required. The work will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. A solicitation will be available upon request on or around February 15, 2025. The Government has already determined through a sources sought notice that no other capable sources exist for this requirement.
