This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award. The acquisition is a brand-name requirement to ensure compatibility with existing systems. Full specifications are provided in Attachment A – Technical Capability Statement RFQ N4215825QE098. Vendors must review the attachment in detail, check “YES” in the capability box, and complete the bottom certification section. A completed Request for Quote form (labeled: RFQ N4215825QE098) must also be submitted with your offer. Quotes shall be all-inclusive and must include shipping and any other costs. No additional charges will be accepted after award.
