This award will also be for Brand Name Sole Source Items through the manufacturer Circor Aerospace Inc (Circle Seal Controls being the brand name with included part numbers). Attachment 1 includes all of the detailed specifications regarding the Items needed. For your bid to be considered you must fill in Attachment 1, check the YES column for both items, and you must sign and date the bottom of the form. The Request for Quote needs to be filled in and signed by a company representative. All quotes at this time must be comprehensive for all costs including shipping.
