The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Anticipated Solicitation Release Date: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 19 September 2025 and the approximate closing date is on or about 22 September 2025.
