This is a firm fixed price sole-source requirement. On page four (4) of this Request for Quote (RFQ) under the heading "Continuation of Description" there is a list of seven (7) attachments. This is a brief explanation of the attachments included on SAM.gov for this requirement. Please read each one carefully for descriptions and specifications. Attachment seven (7) needs to be filled in as directed with Yes or No boxes checked and initialed and dated at the bottom. Attachment seven (7) shall be returned with the filled in Request for Quote. This award is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement. Your quoted price must be all inclusive. This shall include the price for shipping, completing test reports, completing the Certificate of Complicance, and any other costs. The vendor that has the lowest price that is technically acceptable to our engineers at NNSY will receive the award.
