This is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals. Therefore, no contract of purchase order will be awarded from this notice. Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to procure services to troubleshoot and repair the INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (ICS) on a 688 class moored training ship (MTS) submarine in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The intended contract will be awarded using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13.5. NNSY intends to award a contract to L3 Technologies on a sole source basis. Notice of this justification will be provided on SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 13.501.
