Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the rental of one (1) complete Chill Water System. The system consists of One (1) sixty-ton unit and two (2) thirty-ton units. This requirement is for commercial items as defined in FAR 2.101 and is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals. Therefore, no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The requirement shall be solicited as a full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 532490 and the Small Business Standard is $40 million. The Product Service Code is W035. The tentative Period of Performance (POP) for the rental of one (2) complete chill water systems is 11 August 2024 to 10 August 2025 with four (4) options periods at one (1) month each.
